1) Upon arrival at the guest house, the guest shall present a valid identity document (identity card or passport); the guest cannot be accommodated without a document.

2) If not agreed otherwise, check-in is between 13:00 PM to 17:00 PM.

3) The price for accommodation is either paid online right after booking or upon the arrival according to the valid price list. Upon the arrival guests obtain the room key and the key from the main door.

4) In all areas of the guest house (all the rooms, corridors and a common hall) smoking is strictly prohibited, in case of violation the operator reserves the right to charge a fine of 1,000 CZK, in the case of repeated violation the operator reserves the right to immediately terminate the guest’s stay. Termination based on this ground does not constitute any refund entitlements.

5) We ask all hotel guests not to deliberately move appliances and interfere with the electrical network in the rooms.

6) For security reasons, the operation of a guests own appliances is prohibited. Exceptions to this rule are electric appliances for personal hygiene (i.e. electric shavers, hair dryers etc.), chargers for cameras or mobile phones and personal computers.

7) Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

8) We expect our guests to keep the guest house and its surroundings clean and to manipulate carefully with its facilities and equipment. In case of dirty clothing or shoes, the guest is obliged to change before entering the guest house. The operator is entitled to claim a fee of 1,000 CZK for difficult cleaning in the event of fouling the room.

9) For safety reasons, it is not advisable to leave children unattended in the room and any other areas of the guest house, parents or legal guardians are fully responsible for any damage caused by the child. Please be careful especially on the steep stairs!

10) The guesthouse operator is not in any way whatsoever responsible for any loss / or damage to the guest’s belongings (jewellery, money and other valuables).

11) No animals are permitted to stay inside the guest house.

12) We kindly ask guests to keep quiet hours between 22:00 PM and 7:00 AM and not to disturb others. Also during the day we kindly ask you to a follow considerate behaviour towards other guests.

13) When leaving the room, the guest is obliged to turn off the water taps, lights, and shut the windows.

14) The guest house does not provide daily room cleaning service or daily towel change, if desired it is as extra service paid according to the price list.

15) The guest is obliged to report any damages caused to the guest house’s property at the reception and is required to pay for the damage. The guest is fully liable for the rented room from the time of taking over the room keys until the time of taking over the room by the landlord (not only until the keys are returned). If a group of people is accommodated, the person who made the reservation is responsible.

16) If not agreed otherwise, the guest has to check-out by 10:00 AM at the latest, clear the room and return the keys to the front desk. A fee of 1,000 CZK will be charged in the event of losing the keys. If the guest does not check-out at the specified time and is not present, the guest house reserves the right to vacate the guest’s belongings in the presence of two representatives of the guest house and keep the room available for further reservation. In this case, the guest will be charged for an extra day.

17) Guests are obliged to abide by these rules and regulations. In case a guest breaches this code in any way, the accommodation facility is entitled to withdraw from the contract of accommodation before the reserved length of stay; this does not constitute any refund entitlements. By accepting the rules and regulations the guest agrees with all its conditions and sanctions.

18) Processing of personal data

18.1 The landlord processes the guest’s personal data for the purpose of concluding and managing the contract and realizing the delivery of services, for fulfilling its legal obligations or with the consent of the guest in order to improve the services and offers made by the landlord, for marketing purposes including advertising personalization or marketing information, eventually other purposes for which the guest has given his or her consent.

18.2. The processing of personal data shall take place in accordance with Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) no. 2016/679 of April  27, 2016 about protection of individuals in connection to the processing of personal data and about the free movement of such data and about repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Regulation on Personal Data Protection) and related Czech legal regulations and in accordance with the Principles for the Use of Personal Data by the Landlord published at, which states how the Landlord treats the guest’s personal data, what information about the guest stores, how he uses the information and to whom he passes them. The Privacy Policy also lists all of the guest’s rights in relation to the processing of personal data, including, in particular, the right to information, rectification, deletion or the right to revoke the processing at any time.

18.3 In connection with the processing of personal data, the Landlord declares that (i) processes personal data in accordance with the requirements laid down by law; (ii) ensure that people authorized to process personal data undertake to be bound by confidentiality or are subject to a legal duty of confidentiality; (iii) take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the necessary level of security of personal data; and (iv) in the event of a breach of the security of personal data with a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons, inform the supervisory authority or authorities. data subjects.
